David Akers
Founder, President / CEO
David started out as a young entrepreneur, co-owning and running a very successful KFC franchise at the age of 21. Since that time, David has accumulated over twenty years of strategic business leadership experience within the marketing industry, and is listed in Strathmore’s “Who’s Who of Business Professionals.”
He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, and his Master Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Villanova University. Furthermore, he is one of only a handful of marketing professionals who has achieved the Google Specialist Challenge certification, and holds a Masters in Advertising Specialties designation.
David has developed and led numerous high-performing and winning teams in his career. Not only is he the author of “Win! A Leader’s Guide to Building a Winning Team,” but he and his team members have received prestigious awards for their performance, and he himself has received several awards for his leadership. In 2015, David received recognition as the 2015 Business Star of the Year by the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce.
He enjoys volunteering his time and expertise to worthwhile charities and has sat on the boards of several organizations. Currently, he serves as the Past Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce, and is a judge for the annual WebAward Competition, sponsored by the Web Marketing Association.
Through David, hundreds of business owners have found greater success through coaching, consulting, and providing integrated marketing solutions.
Brad Schlick
Chief Operating Officer
Brad is considered an expert in opportunity assessment and resolution. He has a successful track record of leading and building integrated teams, business models, change management and business relationships, and has held key roles in successful project implementations.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. While working for Valassis Communications, Inc., Brad was presented with the Platinum Performer Award for excellence in service to the company.
Brad’s primary focus is to ensure we are providing consistent, high quality service to every LMS Solutions Client & Partner. In this role, he oversees our Service team, ensuring that clients receive timely, accurate, friendly, and professional service in all areas. Brad is constantly working to evaluate and improve our processes, services, and response levels to ensure our Partners are providing exceptional value to their clients.
Jon Carris
Co-Founder / Secretary of the Board
Jon is one of the co-founders of LMS Solutions and besides his role of Secretary of the Board of Directors, Jon is a trusted adviser and is always looking to identify value-added services and tools that will keep the LMS Solutions program at the forefront of emerging trends and technology related to integrated media.
Mr. Carris holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in accounting and business management from California State University, Fresno.

Jon and his wife started JC Marketing, an advertising agency in Fresno California, specializing in Local (Search Engine Optimization) Marketing, Mobile Marketing, and Social Media Marketing Solutions for Local Businesses.
He has received numerous honors and awards in his professional career, including multiple designations for sales performance. While working for ADVO, Inc, Jon qualified for their prestigious Presidents Club on two occasions.
Jon has held high level positions with several international organizations, including the position of Executive Director for The World Crabbet Trust/The Double R Consortium (Two International Arabian Horse Breeders Associations). In addition, Carris Arabians (his family’s horse business) has been a passion of his for over 34 years. He has been both President and a Board Member for many years of The Crescent Midstate Arabian Horse Association.
Extending past his role as Co-founder and Secretary of Board, Jon is a trusted adviser. He is always looking to identify value-added services and tools, in order to ensure that the LMS Solutions program is kept at the forefront of the emerging trends and technology that are related to integrated media.
